... Effective January 24th, 2006 the sale of Smart Solution was successfully completed and Iean Tait became the new owner and CEO of Smart Solution. Mr. Tait is also the owner of Zetetic Data Systems Limited and the combined organizations now provide services to over 75 financial institutions across Canada and the Caribbean. All current staff will be retained and the companies will continue to provide the friendly services their customers have become accustomed to.
